After a terrible experience in my opinion with another garage door company that dragged out over a year and resulted in a me taking legal action gor only the second time in my 65 year life, I had the pleasure of dealing with Allied Doors of South Florida. They were profession, quick and fair priced. They corrected the problem the first time after six tries by the other company that included them putting two sets of incorrect springs in and ruining my garage door motor. Allied Garage Door will be my go to garage door company from now on. Thank you to everyone from the salesmen, to the scheduling department , to the installer, to the account receivables. This is a well run company!

I live in Ryan homes in Parkland, recently had contact with Allied Garage Door company regarding fading on one of my garage door panels! Contacted their customer service and something unusual happened! They responded to my request, determine there was a problem and immediately took steps to remedy the situation! They were polite, receptive and on time with their appointments! Don’t usually do these kind of reviews but when a company goes out of their way to take care of their customers, they should be acknowledged. Highly recommend this company and their customer service department!

There is service and there is BEYOND service. While I was in Michigan, Allied Garage Door Co. serviced my garage door in Aventura, Florida, calling me to meet my granddaughter at my house. When she didn’t answer the door, they called me to tell me their technician was at my house….rather than just leaving. I contacted her, and they met. The work was completed in a most satisfactory manner.
That’s BEYOND service.
