Allied dots has been my go to garage door company for 10 years. They installed my original 4 doors and handle all my service and maintenance needs. The owner and staff are always friendly. Let me share a recent story. Last year I had a problem with the finish on one of my garage door panels. Allied came out and took pictures and stated this is definitely a warranty claim. Turns out the manufacturer did not stand by the door and denied the claim. Nina, the owner stepped in and covered the defective panel herself. That’s the kind of company I want to do business with. And they just installed my son and daughter-in-laws door as well. In the med they are and upstanding company and I’d recommend them to anyone with confidence.

This company installed a quality garage door less than 3 years ago and now had to come back to fix their improper installation process. While the repair itself was successful, the team was extremely careless with my belongings in the garage. Multiple totes, boxes, and tables were moved all at once, resulting in the metal leg of one of my tables being bent.
I contacted the company immediately and provided photos of the damage along with proof of the replacement cost ($140). After reviewing the materials, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming their technician did not cause the damage.
I am disappointed that I was left paying for both a prior installation mistake and for damage caused by their lack of care.
The repair was fine, but their handling of my property and their unwillingness to accept accountability and provide customer care make me very hesitant to recommend this company.

Allied Doors is a great find. The technicians are competent, honest, and friendly. They suggest only what is needed to be repaired and do it for a fair price. The office staff are friendly and send text alerts to confirm. I recommend them highly.

Could not be more pleased!! Our garage door would not open. I called and got Joseph on the phone who professionally guided through diagnosing the problem so that when the repairman came he knew exactly what to do. Ricardo the repairman was both personable and professional.
