I saw that Allied Doors had installed the door nearly 20 years ago so I called to see if they could come out and have a look. They were so helpful on the phone and were able to give me info about my door over the phone. They told when it was last serviced, etc. They set me up with an appointment right away. After 20 years it was time for an upgrade which they did quickly. I was very impressed with everything & everyone at Allied Doors. Very helpful and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was the text I received before a technician would arrive that told who was coming along with his photo, no guessing when you opened the door. "I tried to fix my garage door after I knocked a roller off the track and made it infinitely worse. I honestly thought I'd need a new door. Luckily Allied Door was there to help. Amy and Sunny were both so friendly and nice on the phone and they sent Antonio out to help me. Antonio is a master craftsman and watching him work is like watching Mozart compose, it's simply brilliant. He was able to fix the door within an hour and it's working perfectly. I had a bit of a panic when I realized I didn't have any cash on hand and not quite sure where my wife kept our check book. Not a problem. Antonio had a portable credit card reader and the price was very reasonable. The next day Mike the manager followed up by email to make sure I was happy. Wow! What service. I couldn't be happier. Best call I ever made was using Allied Doors. After having several sales people come give me estimates choosing Allied was an easy decision! The team was very efficient in both sending someone to my home and installing my new door in a timely fashion! Prices are very competitive, but more importantly the service was impeccable! Saw the garage door sign at Costco, and since I was in desperate need of a new door, gave them a call. Allied is their partner locally, and I couldn't be happier. The Allied quote was the best of the three I got, and in addition, a Costco rebate card is on its way! We just had out storm proof hurricane insulated garage 16 ft door installed by Allied on 4/9/19, the installer Ray show up on time at 9am, he was terrific did not take a break until 2 pm when he finished with a perfect 10. The door is perfect and works awesome he cleaned up to perfection, I would highly recommend Allied doors for their price, quality, and workmanship. Also thank you Barbara who worked endless to score a perfect 10, she mentioned my name 3 times in out first conversation, thats "customer service". Great team work Mr Romanelli.
